Virtual Resident Meeting - July 25, 4:00pm - 5:30pm
Join us for a "Community Action Meeting", a solution-focused gathering where we'll share experiences, identify common issues from Hurricane Ian's aftermath, and brainstorm practical solutions together. This is an opportunity to transform our challenges into a united action plan, turning our community into a hub of resilience and progress. 

Welcome & Introduction (5 mins): Setting the stage for productive, respectful conversation. 

Resident Shares (30 mins): A chance for you to share your experiences and issues post-Hurricane Ian. If you'd like to share, please prepare 2-3 minutes of thoughts in advance, and register your interest below. 

Highlighting Common Issues (15 mins): We'll identify common problems we're all facing and list them out for focused discussion. 

Solution Brainstorming (20 mins): Let's put our heads together and think of ways to tackle the identified issues. If needed, we can break into smaller groups for more manageable discussions. 

Next Steps (15 mins): We'll share proposed solutions, agree on next steps, and assign roles or form task committees if applicable. 

Closing Remarks (5 mins): Summarizing our discussion, the agreed next steps and setting up a tentative date for a progress review.
