Highlighting Common Issues (15 mins):
We'll identify common problems we're all facing and list them out for focused discussion.
Solution Brainstorming (20 mins): Let's put our heads together and think of ways to tackle the identified issues. If needed, we can break into smaller groups for more manageable discussions.
Next Steps (15 mins): We'll share proposed solutions, agree on next steps, and assign roles or form task committees if applicable.
Closing Remarks (5 mins): Summarizing our discussion, the agreed next steps and setting up a tentative date for a progress review.
